Orange, radicchio, radish and mozzarella salad

Ingredients: (Serves 4)
2 Oranges, peel and cut into segments
½ Radicchio, leaves separated and torn
2 Cups rocket leaves
4 radishes, sliced finely into rounds
1 x 120g buffalo mozzarella ball
1 tablespoon sherry or balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method:
Arrange orange, radicchio, rocket, radish and mozzarella on a serving plate. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil then serve.
