Terms and Conditions – “Buy a banana – And Win” Competition

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Market Fresh SA ABN 81 163 589 419

2. Competition Dates
The competition opens at 12:00 AM on Wednesday 8 October 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on the same day (“Competition Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to all South Australian residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and any agencies or companies associated with this promotion and their immediate family members (“Eligible Entrants”).

4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, Eligible Entrants must:
o Make a purchase of at least one banana at participating Pick a Local, Pick SA! Stores on Wednesday 8 October 2025.
o Retain the purchase receipt and complete the entry form on a website link to be notified (“Entry Page”).
o Submit their full name, contact details during the Competition Period.

5. Entry Conditions
o Only one entry per person is permitted.
o The receipt must clearly show the date of purchase (Wednesday 8 October 2025) and the purchase of at least one banana.
o Entries must be received via the Entry Page by 11:59 PM on Wednesday 8 October 2025. Late entries will not be considered.

6. Prize
The prize is:
o 20 x $50 Store vouchers to be redeemed at participating Pick a Local, Pick SA! stores. (“Prize”).

7. Prize Draw
o The 20 x winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries at the Promoter’s premises on Thursday 9 October 2025.
o The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two business days of the draw.
o If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a redraw may occur.

8. Prize Conditions
o The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except as required by law


9. General
o By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and to the Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding.
o The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

10. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

11. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties, failed or delayed transmission of entries, or any other issues outside its control that may affect an entrant’s ability to participate in the competition.

12. Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of South Australia.
